Hello all,
Currently I have 12 pending tweets, and I tweeted some of them more than a week ago. The status message of all tweets say "The advertisers account is running a little low for this campaign right now. We'll try to Tweet this as soon as they add more funds."
I can understand that some of the advertisers could have temporary problems financing their accounts, but I doubt that everyone can run out of money at the same time.
Does anyone have had such a problem before? What am I supposed to do in this case?
Thanks!

1Hi niki.gachev,
When CPC offers are released, any tweeter that qualifies can compose a tweet for it and submit it.
The system queues up more tweets for the advertiser to approve then they have the budget for, since some will end up being rejected or fail in some way. The approved tweets are sent out on a first come, first served basis which means that of the approved tweets, only as many as meets the budget will go out at first.
If those tweets fail to pay out, don't meet their allocated budget or the advertiser adds more funds, then the queue of approved tweets is revisited and those begin to be sent.
If the Opportunity ends or remains out of funds for at least 30 days, then these pending tweets will be removed from your account.
I hope this helps to clarify!
All the Best,
Carri

with an advertiser, if they don't have the money in their account on ST, the tweet won't go out since I've found some advertisers count on their account running out while the click continue coming in since it then doesn't cost them anything...obviously we get nothing from it either.
ST makes sure there's a certain amount in the advertisers account before going from pending to live since if there's no money, people would be complaining about why no clicks, etc. So that little clock will keep resetting until the advertiser refills or just indefinitely and then you have the opportunity to cancel it yourself if you want. -

Does it hurt our accounts to leave these "in line" ads out there, that never get tweeted? Do they block the ads that can be tweeted in any way? I know I have a couple out there that have been in line for several months. Thanks in advance. tigw9598

Hi Robert,
No, these will not hurt your account or stats in any way.

this is something we've all had. if the advertiser doesn't have the money in the account it gets into a hold pattern and just hangs. I'm actually glad it gets in that because if they didn't have any money in the account and got tweeted by us, they would get some major freebie action while we'd not make a cent.

I get Offers and set up the tweet and it says "this is in line to be tweeted" so it will automatically be tweeted right? And as the time comes its doesn't get tweeted out! so my offer is yanked because it says I never tweeted it... SO I started even just tweeting their tweet before just incase the tweet would go out and it still isn't working. And this is probably making me look and to sponsors saying that i never tweet out the ads? HELP!

Hi Henry,
This thread should help explain the pending tweets in your account.
Also, please note that in order for a tweet to be paid, we have to publish it to your stream. So, you should never have to publish a tweet yourself.

Hi, I have a few tweets in the completed column and they are also in pending column for last 30 days. They all are approved by the advertiser but not tweeted in my timeline. It always says within 4 hours but not tweeted. The sponsored tweets API is also working perfectly then y this problem occurs. When my tweets will be posted?

I have not gotten any ads for over a month. The one I did get is awaiting approval for over a month. Why is it taking so long for it to be approved??
I was getting 3-4 ads per day, now nothing. What happened????

Hi,
This thread provides more information about pending tweets.
In taking a look at your account, I don't see any obvious issues that would prevent you from getting Offers and that your last tweet Offer was paid out on August 11th, so you have had a recent Offer.
Offers tend to come in waves, so it is not unusual to see several at once and then none for several days or even weeks. Mostly, it's just a waiting game.

Hi Mark,
You can find the answer above. However, I will paste it here for your convenience.

Hello. i have question about 3 days to have a valid clicks. it says that " CPC offers are paid out 30 days after the initial tweet is tweeted. Any clicks that happen in the 3 days following your tweet can be considered valid. We withhold payment for 30 days to give Advertisers peace of mind that your clicks are valid and properly scrutinized." but i have 29 days more but it does not credit any clicks from offer. can you please explain this?

Hi Lizzie,
We only count the clicks for CPC offers for the first 3 days, so you won't see your click numbers increase after the tweet has been live for 3 days.
When we provide estimated earning, these are simply our best guess as to what you will earn based on the past click performance of your links. Because this is an estimate, I wouldn't expect this to be the exact amount you will earn.
I hope this helps to clarify!

its not said that advertiser don't have funds or something it just stand there and pending for ever... but said This offer has been approved and is in line to be Tweeted...:S what that means

Hi DaDo,
When CPC offers are released, any tweeter that qualifies can compose a tweet for it and submit it.
So, what this means is that if you have a pending tweet, it is because you are waiting for the Advertiser to add more funds to be able to afford to send your tweet. If they do not add more funds, then the pending tweet will be removed from your account.
All the Best,
