sad I’m confused

Please Help With My Sponsored Tweets Account.

I created a campaign on sponsored tweets, but when to add funds on my account the system didn't work properly, I registered my card, but when to pay a message error showed me that my post code is incorrect, You know i live in UK, but the their form asked me to enter a Zip Code, as in US is a zip code, in UK is a post code, eventually i filled my post code in the place of the zip code. Anyway the sistem showed me error every time i tried to do the transaction,
My surprise was the next day, when i found out that more than $3000 are pending on my balance ( a pending amount is a amount that you cannot use, that are aproved for a payment and waiting to be claimed, but you cannot use them) Now, i called my bank, they say, that all the transaction from my bank are approved, and that they cannot do nothing about, and i have to ask ST to cancel or take the payment
I also contacted the SP by email, Someone called Rhia, sent me a screenshot with all 9 transactions that are declined by their bank, when i asked her to call their bank and to ask them to cancel the payments, or just to call their bank and to ask them to solve the problem, she said that the transactions are declined and she cannot do nothing about...
Now, tell me what can i do, i have more than $3000 pending on my account fault of their system, or because of their bank system, and my ST account balance is still zero, and nothing in my account, what i suppose to do??? My bank cannot do anything, ST customer service does nothing because they say the transaction was declined... and i am in the worst situation.....

Is there anyone smarter than ST customer service, to tell them what to do....???
Or did you heard of the same problem before, and what can be done???
(,as it seems like a vicious cercle, and like that will take forever to solve that)

P.S. at this time of writing, there is more than 6 days when the transcations where declined,
and there are 9 declined transactions, thats because i tried to add $450 dollars to my account but because the system showed me error, and because the balance was zero, i tried to do it again and again, thats why i have 9 transactions with more than $3000

    well i have a suggestion for them: to call their bank to solve the problem, but who will listen to me, i already asked them, and all they said, was, that they cannot do anything ... or they dont want to do anything....

    Does anyone have a better solution

    Hi Rich,

    I am so sorry to hear about the frustration you are having. In looking into this, I found that Rhia has been in contact with you regarding this issue since last week.

    I also checked in independently with our Finance Team to see if there was any additional advice or information they could provide. I wish I had better news, but the word from our bank is that these transactions were declined and when that happens, funds are not held.

    If you are still showing these funds as held by your banking institution, then you will need to work with your bank to release this hold. We have no way to do that from our end.

    If your bank needs to contact us directly, they can do so at 1-877-525-IZEA.
