I’m confused

Can not add a blog to my account, suggest price loading always..

hi.. i can not add a new blog to my payper post account.. while i'm trying to add a blog on PPP, i hit suggest price option but it always loading i can not go for next step..

help me to add blog to my PPP account..

Thanks again for your patience with this issue. The Dev Team has been working on this for quite some time, but has yet to resolve it entirely.

There is another fix for this in QA currently, so as soon as it is released, I'll be sure to let you know.

Hi Everyone!

A fix for this issue was released this morning. Apparently, the main hang up was that the system was not able to quickly access your PR information to accurately suggest a price.

We made some changes to this and most blogs are now pulling this initial information. In addition, we added error messaging should this hang too long to let you know to try again later and allow you to add a price without suggestion so that you can complete your registration.

I am sorry for the continued frustration with this.

I heard from the Dev Team this morning that these issues are intermittent which is why we keep thinking they have been resolved. They are continuing to search out the root cause, but for now, they recommend you keep trying back every so often and make sure that you only click the 'next' button once.

As soon as I hear anything more, I will be sure to let you know.

Not adding blog.

I try to add my blog. Everything is shaded except url. I add url and then click suggest my price and it just has swirling arrows that go on and on. It never accepts and moves forward.

The only thing I can do is add the name of the blog. The site will not allow the description, etc to be added.

I do not use Firefox, and will not use Firefox. I had to many problems with rogue programs, etc while using Firefox.

I can't add my blog. I have used internet exp and mozilla but it will not add. If I put in the address first it will block the other fields. If i put it in last and click next it just sits there. If I put in the address by its self and press next I see the arrows but nothing ever happens. I have been trying on and off for 3 hrs. Any suggestions for me?

I have not been able to add my blog during my registration process. The furthest I am able to go is URL and then the screen goes kind of blank, it stops. I have tried 7 times and I get the same result. Please help as this is frustrating.

I have not been able to add my blog during my registration process. The furthest I am able to go is URL and then the screen goes kind of blank, it stops. I have tried 7 times and I get the same result. Please help as this is frustrating. There is another fix for this in QA currently, so as soon as it is released, I'll be sure to let you know.

  In taking a look at your account this afternoon, I see that you were able to successfully add a blog to your account, but the URL you submitted (lovecraftsndiys.payperpost.com) doesn't seem to be an actual blog as it redirects to our site.
  
  As such, you won't be able to suggest a price for this URL or claim it as it isn't a valid blog URL.
