CANT CHANGE KEYWORDS
I cannot change my keywords in "my info and settings" I have tried everything. When I delete the keywords I have now and click "update" it seems to update but then when I refresh or log out and come back in its the same old keywords. When I try to replace the keywords with new keywords i get "You can only have 10 keywords" which I have not gone over--help

What Browser are you running?
What version of that Browser? (IE7, FF 3.5.9, Chrome 5.0.375.38).
What OS? (Windows Vista, Mac Snow Leopard)?-

Great thanks for the info! We'll look into it this week and see what's up. In the meantime, if you can try another browser maybe? I know it's working great in Firefox and Chrome, and I believe IE8. We'll track down any IE7 issues ASAP though.

I am unable to change my keywords. it always says i cannot exceed 10 keywords, but it won,t let me delete or change any. nor will it allow me to make any changes to acct like my requested price because it keeps saying i have more than 10 key words,

in need of assistance ASAP
My Sponsored tweets account wont let me click on the approve adult content option in my account setting. Nor will it allow me to change my selection of key words, furthermore, as of today, I noticed that the option to allow adult content to be selected has been recently removed from my account options.
Hence, could some one please explain to me what can be done to resolve these issues.

I would like to change my keyword tags in my profile, I only have 9 tags. Whenever I try to update my profile it keeps telling me I can not have more than 10 tags.

Hi--This problem was solved for me by using the Firefox Browser to change the tags. Problem fixed.

I have tried to remove and update my keywords to no avail. If I delete a few and try to add more I get an error message telling me that i can not have more than 10 even after I delete. I have also tried only deleting keywords that are non-performing and not adding more. When I update thay are still there. Can I get some help?

You can use Firefox to update them. Thats the only thing that worked for me.

You can do it if you use Firefox browser, for some reason it works.

Under "my account" it won't let me change my "Keywords" ...? Everytime I delete my 10 & try to put a NEW set of 10 ( more popular keywords ) it won't let me "update" & just takes me back to the original 10 Keywords..? Anyone else have this problem? & If not could it get fixed for my personal account? - I'd greatly appreciate it ;D Thank you

Right now, it appears the only way to change your keywords is by using a different browser. Firefox worked for me, ie8 won't work.
I'm not sure ST realizes it is a definite glitch in the application for Internet Explorer users.
I'm sure it will be addressed eventually.

Hi Everyone!
I just wanted to add a quick note to say that I followed up with the Sponsored Tweets Dev Team about this issue and found that this should be resolved in IE 7 & 8 in the next few releases. So, you should no longer have trouble with this by the end of July.

I can't change my keywords.
IE8, XP-
very weird Ruth. What happens with it? Are you able to fill in your keywords, and pick from the popular keywords? Does it fail when you try to submit, or is it just you can't pick them at all? Could you let me know the exact version of IE8 you're running? I just tried it with 8.0.6001.18702 w/o any trouble. Thinking it's isloated to some very specific setup maybe, or based on the tags you're wanting to use. If you would take a screenshot that would be a HUGE help too. :)
