Got an approved check in, but ...

Got an approved check in for Publix worth 25 points but received 0 points

    Hi,

    There are several reasons why you might get approved for no points. First, it may be that the promo points are turned off which happens for locations such as churches, libraries, post offices, manufacturers, medical centers, schools, etc.

    Second, you may only check in to any location once every 15 minutes. If you attempt to check in before this time out has expired, the check in will be for zero points.

    And finally, you can only check into the same location for points once every 20 hours. So, if you went to Starbucks and checked in, you would not be able to check in to that same Starbucks for points until the following day.

    In taking a look into this, I can see that you submitted a geo check in for Publix two minutes before you submitted a photo check in. Therefore, you are unable to check into that Publix for points until 20-hours has elapsed.
