I'm sorry to hear this. Before I reach out to our Engineering team about this, I'd like you to try a few things.
Force closing the app might help resolve these issues. To force close, go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications, select WeReward and press the force stop button.
If this doesn't help, please try deleting the app and redownloading it.
