iPhone app crashes, never loads
My WeReward iphone app continues to crash. You blame twitter's API, so despite the fact that all of my other twitter apps that use the API work fine, I tried using foursquare and it STILL crashes and I lost the 67 points I had already earned before I started having this problem. I also tried reinstalling, no luck.

When I open the app it says loading then crashes. I can't not open it at all but I still receives push notices. Of course I can't open the app to look them. I have no idea who raye0202 is. Courtburt is my user name. Could ray0202 be someone I have referred. I referred a few people over the weekend. I haven't been able to sign in since. Raye is the one of the people I referred middle name.

Raye0202 is someone I referred. She signed up 10/03 and that is when my app started crashing. Is it going to do this everytime I refer someone. I had someone sign up last night will they be linked to me or raye0202.

Oh yeah, I know him so he must have clicked my referral. It crashes every single time. If I uninstall and reinstall, it will let me log in and the second I'm logged in, it crashes

I have downloaded this app, but every time I try to connect to my twitter account it crashes. This looks like a promising app, but I can not even get into it.

Well, after posting on this board it decided to work even though I did the exact same thing days before.

I have the same problem and im very upset about it, i just got the app and did a few things, i submitted my Reese's photo and got a push notification that it had been approved and received 300 pointas, i went to open the app and it wouldn't open at all, saYS LOADING And either stays there forvever or crashes, i had problems before this to but if i kept opening it it would eventually open, not now though, i would like this fixed without losing my points!!!!!!

Nickolus, have you upgraded to the recently released 1.3.6 in the app store? Please let me know if that sorts out your issues. If not, we'll diagnose and fix.

Same problems here. I could not get the 300 points for my reeses photo either! I have reinstalled. reinstalled. deleted. reset. synced. nothing works! It just stays on the loading screen and hangs there forever

1.) Double click the home button of your phone. This will load up all of the apps currently running on the phone.
2.) Press and hold the WeReward icon. This will make all of the icons start bouncing.
3.) Press the red "-" on the WeReward icon.
4.) Click the home button twice again and restart the phone.
5.) Re-launch WeReward.
If the issue persists after following these methods or you are using a 3G or 2G phone:
1.) On the home screen press and hold the WeReward app.
2.) Click on the black "x" to completely delete the app. Click "Delete" when prompted.
3.) Restart your phone.
4.) Re-download and re-install WeReward from the app store.
5.) Login as normal when prompted.
If for some reason neither of these steps work and you are continuing to only see the "Loading..." screen then please let us know. We'll continue to diagnose from there.

Still with the same issue. The only way to get it to work, is by uninstalling and reinstalling EVERY time. Then you have to log back in with facebook all over again. It is so frustrating and time consuming, I deleted the program. Until there is some fix, it is not worth the time and effort to use it. -

The app keeps crashing for me, too. I have iPhone4. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling three times, but it never loads. I have gotten Push Notifications, but when I try to access them or the app directly, the app never loads.
The reviews in iTunes App store have a lot of complaints about this issue. I'll wait until it's fixed before trying again. Let us know when it's up and running! I hope my info helps a little. Thx. -

I am having this problem also. when i tried uploading a pic it started doing it. I have deleted and reinstalled this program, restarted my phone, etc. and this program is still shutting down. any thoughts?

Ok really this cycle of downloading and reinstalling is bugging me. I'm using facebook iPhone 4 this is getting ridiculous of how many times I have reinstalled to get it only working for one day. It's great when it works but isnt stable like similar apps.

I just wanted to update you on some information that I just received. I know that you are anxiously awaiting the fixes for the iOS 5 update and they are coming. Our target date to have a new version in the app store is 10.28, but if we can get it there sooner, we definitely will!
