Wereward Error- 'We apologize, but there was an error checking in. Please try again.' every time I try to submit a photo.
I tried submitting photos for the Pepsi Peeps, Domino's Pizza & CSRHotels.com opps. I really wanna try taking these opps but I can't because the said error keeps popping up. I'm really upset.
Also, my wereward id is 32644. Please try to solve this! Thank You.

Hi Mags,
We had a few moments of downtime yesterday while we were making some updates to our servers. Please completely close out of the application:
1.) Hit the home button
2.) Double click home button to load multi-task tray
3.) Hold down the WeReward icon in the multi-task tray
4.) When it starts bouncing click the red / white "-" button on the WeReward icon.
5.) Now hit the home button two more times or click anywhere outside of the tray.
6.) Re-open WeReward
Once this is done and the app loads back up you should be able to check in again.

Hey Steve, I tried what you said, but it still gives the same error :(
I tried with & without sharing on twitter. Then I logged out, logged in again, even disconnected my twitter. Still same problem. Wondering whether I should not allow the app to use my location then try again? -

From looking at your last checkin that went through, it sent no location data. If we don't receive a latitude or longitude from your device then we do not allow the checkin to process as a 0.000, 0.000 location is outside of the United States. I also see that you are using an iPod Touch to do your checkins. This device has no GPS in it which means it relies on the location given from the WiFi hotspot you are connected to. If that WiFi hotspot does not support location resolution then you will not be able to log in. Make sense?
Please try checking in from a different WiFi location and see if it works. And if you accidentally turned off Location Services for WeReward then follow the following steps to turn it back on and try again:
1.) Click out to your home screen
2.) Click on settings
3.) Click on Location Services
4.) Turn on WeReward in the list
If that STILL doesn't work, try following the steps here and see if this works:

And if all 3 of those don't work, let us know, and we'll return to the drawing board to see why your device isn't working.

Hey Steve, I guess I figured out the problem. I'm not in USA at the moment. But I have used it before outside the country & it worked then so I thought it would now too. Anyway thanks for your help.

Sorry that you are having difficulties with WeReward. Restarting the app should help resolve these issues.
Here are the steps to restart the app:
1. Double-click the home button on the iPhone to launch multitasking
2. Find WeReward in the list of running apps by sliding to the left or right
3. Press and hold the WeReward icon until it shakes
4. Tap the red “minus” icon
5. Press the home button once to return to your normal home screen
