wereward-referrals-no offers taken-FALSE!!
I have signed up 2 referrals since joining wereward. My account shows that both users have not yet taken any offers, but I know for a fact that at least 1 of my referrals has done many offers and been credited for them. Why am I not receiving any credit and why does it say they haven't taken any offers?

When I try referrals it does not show anything
And acts Like it is not even referring!!! -

I have referred two people, and yet my account says I have no referrals. I went on the forums before, and NO RESOLUTION. I mean, what's the point of referring?

Thanks for providing me with that information! Unfortunately, the system shows that confuzzleated@gmail.com did not sign up using your referral link. However, I was able to manually add her to the list. You should now receive referral points for each successful product or offer check in.
Once you can provide me with Renee Harris' email or patron ID #, I would be happy to look into that. Unfortunately, I'm not pulling up any accounts with that name.

I sincerely apologize for the delay in response. It looks like this thread slipped between the cracks and it was just now brought to our attention. In order to be approved for the referral points, the people that you referred must have approved check ins. If you can provide me with the Email, Patron ID or name of the people you referred, as well as the email address associated wit your account, I would be happy to look into this for you.

I have the same problem. Just today I referred someone with my link. When she tried to use the link, it errored, but still allowed her to register, but not surprisingly, the referral is not showing up in my list of referals. If i provide her name and e mail would I be able to have her added to my list of referred people just as Deanna had done in the post above?
